Terms of Service

Pornographer.io provides annual Tube licenses, managed Tube deployments, and selected domain marketplace services. The product is Tube; Pornographer.io is the commercial operator and license authority.

An active Self-Host subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive right to operate one licensed Tube deployment during the paid annual term. The license is tied to its permitted deployment and becomes inactive after expiry until renewed. It does not transfer ownership of the software or its signing system.

Managed cloud combines a Tube license with infrastructure operation. The current plan includes a setup charge and renews monthly after the included first month unless cancelled before renewal. You remain responsible for your content, editorial decisions, users, and legal obligations.

Domain listings may be offered for outright purchase or lease-to-own. Listing-specific price, term, and transfer details shown at checkout form part of the order. Provisioning and transfer begin only after the payment processor confirms the required transaction.

Crypto payments are final once confirmed on the payment network and are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If an activation or provisioning problem occurs, contact support before making a second payment.

You are responsible for the legality, moderation, record keeping, and operation of content on your deployment. You may not use the services for unlawful activity, attempt to bypass the license system, interfere with the platform, or create material legal or security risk for Pornographer.io or its infrastructure providers.
